In the highest-scoring affair of the day, Central cruised past Mariner 9-5, paced by Max Plante's five points and Brendan McMorrow's three points. 

Plante scored four goals and added an assist, while McMorrow dished out three helpers. Benny Miller added two goals in the win, while Gavin Uhlenkamp, Landon Stringfellow and Thomas Gunderson all chipped in one goal for Central. 

Michael Risteau may have suited up for the losing side, but turned the game into his own personal showcase, racking up five goals for Mariner. Three of Risteau's scores were unassisted.
