A mere one point separates Kellogg and West in the Girls Minor standings, with both teams earning two regulation wins but West suffering a shootout loss and Kellogg emerging with a win in their own skills competition.

West’s Molly Ryan currently leads the division with five points, scoring four goals and adding an assist. Kellogg’s Makayla Moran ranks second among all skaters with three goals and four points. 

Just two points behind division-leading Kellogg is Central with a 2-1-0-0 record, defeating Williams 4-1 and Mariner 6-1 on Saturday. The Trojans will have a chance to make the jump to the head of the line when they meet Kellogg on Sunday morning at 7 a.m.
